Returns – find out how you can return your item

We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully despatched to you – and we hope that you’re happy with your purchase.

However, if you wish to return your item(s), we ask that you do so within 28 days of receiving them and you should follow the procedures below:

Return by Post

What to do:-

  1. Complete and detach the Returns Slip (on the bottom of your despatch document) and enclose it, together with your returned item (s), inside the original packaging. Goods cannot be returned without this information.
  2. A peel off Returns Label is provided (on the bottom of your despatch note) for use on your returns parcel.
  3. Take your parcel to any Post Office. When returning items to us it is your responsibility to ensure that the items arrive safely. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post therefore we would always recommend using recorded or special delivery or alternatively a courier, so that you are covered in the event of a missing parcel.

Return to Store

What to do:-

  1. Enclose your Despatch Note with your returned item(s), inside the original packaging, and take to any Store.
  2. Goods must not be returned without the Despatch Note.
  3. Your return will be processed by a member of our Retail Team.

Please note

If a promotional discount, such as Free Delivery, was applied to your original order and you return any part of that order, DE Shoes Online reserves the right to withhold from any refund the amount of discount received, if the amended order no longer qualifies for that discount.

Further Information on Returns

Damaged Goods (unworn)

  • If you have signed for an item and then later realise that it has been damaged, you should return the item with a returns form. Items should be securely packaged and any damage should be clearly indicated.
  • DE Shoes Online will refund any delivery costs, along with the costs of the damaged goods for items which are not being replaced.
  • Any replacement items will be sent at no extra charge.

Faulty Goods (unworn)

If you are concerned that a product we have supplied may be faulty (not fit for purpose) and wish to return it to us for assessment please follow the guidelines below:

  1. Goods should be accompanied by your name and contact details, the order number and the date of purchase. (Please print and complete a returns form to accompany your goods.) This will allow us to refund you correctly.
  2. Full details of the perceived fault should be given in a brief letter and the goods returned to the DE Shoes Online address.
  3. Please note that an investigation into perceived faulty goods may take time to complete, however we will endeavour to process all investigations to a reasonable timescale.
  4. If the goods are found to have a fault DE Shoes Online will repair, replace or refund the goods (at the sole discretion of DE Shoes Online).
  5. If the goods are found to not be faulty, the goods will be returned to you. DE Shoes Online, subject to the UK Statutory Right of Cancellation, reserves the right to charge you for the costs incurred in dealing with goods that are found not to be faulty.

Incorrect items ordered (unworn)

  • If you have ordered the wrong item, you can return it to us at DE Shoes Online.
  • Please fill in a returns form and enclose it with your goods.
  • Amounts to be refunded will take account of the rights of cancellation and the sale of goods act, the customer is liable for the cost of returning goods to us except by prior arrangement with DE Shoes Online.
  • If you would like a replacement item to be sent to you, you may be charged again for delivery.

Incorrect items sent (unworn)

  • If we have sent you an incorrect item, please return it to us using a returns form.
  • DE Shoes Online will refund any postal charges that you incur sending incorrect items back to us, and will refund or replace the goods.

Replacement items (unworn)

  • If you have been sent a damaged or incorrect item and wish a replacement we will endeavour to send you a replacement item of the same value at no extra cost.
  • If you do not want a replacement item for damaged goods or items sent incorrectly, or if there is not an appropriate replacement available, you will be given a full refund, including the delivery charges.
  • If we are replacing an item that was incorrectly ordered by yourself, an additional delivery charge will be made.
  • If you are replacing an item that you no longer want please simply return the item, which will be processed as a return, and create a new order online for the item(s) you now wish, which will be processed separately as a new order.

Worn items

If you wish to return your item(s), but for whatever reason it has been worn, please contact DE Shoes Online.
