A pre-order product is one that is not yet in stock but is expected within the next six weeks.
How to purchase
A pre-order product is added to your online basket in the same way as any other product and payment can be processed by debit/credit card, Paypal or Google Checkout.
A confirmation email summarising your pre-order products (and ordered products, if applicable) will be sent to your specified email address.
If the website shows no stock available for any size of a pre-order product this unfortunately means that the pre-order stock has already been purchased by other customers and no stock is available.
The pre-order date specified on the appropriate product page is the date by which we expect to deliver the item(s) to your shipping address.
If it is known that a delivery has been delayed we will be in contact to update you as soon as possible with the new expected date.
If you wish to cancel your pre-order(s) please contact DE Shoes Online where we will be happy to help and, if necessary, process an appropriate refund.
If a promotional discount, such as Free Delivery, was applied to your original order and you return/cancel any part of that order, DE Shoes Online reserves the right to withhold from any refund the amount of discount received, if the amended order no longer qualifies for that discount.
